Join the UCCE Master Food Preservers at this free introductory online class and learn how to use boiling water and atmospheric steam canners to can quick pickles out of a variety of fruits and vegetables. (Who said a pickle has to be a cucumber?) Watch several live canning demonstrations and glean tips from experienced canners.
