The Sonoma County Waste Management Agency (SCWMA) is seeking an agreement with a CONTRACTOR to develop and maintain relationships with Hispanic media (radio, newspaper and TV) including determining target audiences, doing media appearances, feature stores, etc., conduct person-to-person outreach through public event venues, businesses and other locations frequented by Spanish-speaking people, and answer the Agency’s dedicated Spanish Eco-Desk 565-3375 option #2 phone line and record these calls in a provided Access database.
